solo dance (2003)
In the photographs of
empty stages a temporal and spatial performance is being worked out, leaving
an air of expectancy. Suggestions of moments before or after an event,
but spaces void of human characters that would suggest a particular experience.
The objects, props and architecture of the stage are stripped bare of
the enactment, leaving the viewer in a personal performance with the image
of the stage.
